This change is designed to streamline delivery times, improve reliability, and reduce shipping costs where possible — without sacrificing flexibility for your specific logistics needs.

What’s Changing

We’ve analyzed our shipment heat maps to identify the most efficient carriers for each zone. Here’s what you can expect:

Freight & Large Packages
We’re now using zone-optimized carriers for improved delivery speed and service.

  • Dayton Freight LTL – Preferred for the Central States region
  • XPO –

Small Packages

  • UPS is now our preferred carrier across all zones

Want to Use Your Own Carrier?

No problem. If you have a preferred carrier within your shipping zone, we’re happy to work with you.

Simply contact us with:

  • Your preferred carrier name
  • Account or routing details

We’ll update our records to ensure your shipments go out using your selected provider.

Note: Customers who wish to continue using FedEx must provide a FedEx account for billing purposes.
